What is RYLA?
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where you develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections. Through outdoor experiential learning and interactive educational experiences, we offer high school students an opportunity to learn and grow as leaders—at no cost to the student!
“My experience at RYLA has been nothing short of amazing. The community-focused environment is like no other. The staff at RYLA created a space where young leaders can grow and strengthen their leadership skills.”
What is Rotary?
Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
