Welcome Rotary Clubs!

• This is the club’s section! This is where you recruit your student applicants, interview/assess them, and decide on who you want to send.

• We recommend you reach out to your high schools as early as possible, likely the guidance counselors, so you can start getting applicants.

• We recommend selecting your students by 1 April, as all registrations are due by 20 April!

Remember, the registration link is only for students your club has selected and agree to fund.

After registration, the club’s work is almost done! The most important job left is to coordinate transportation for your students. A student’s parent or guardian can drive them, or the club can provide transportation. If the club is going to drive your student(s), then the driver must have a background check completed by Rotary within the last four years. If one of your drivers needs a background check, please email rylad5470@gmail.com with your full legal name, date of birth, your rotary club, physical address, and email. Please ONLY DO SO IF YOU’RE SURE YOU’RE DRIVING, as each background check requires us to pay a fee.
